In June of 2023, Michael Barry II launched The Answer Insurance Agency. After 13 years in the industry Mike thought it was time to cut the corporate rhetoric, to practice what we preach so-to-speak. A lot of big companies say that they put the customers first, when in reality they run a profit first organization. This agency is built on the pillar of customer experience. Everything comes second to our top priority – exceptional experience. In our industry, there are a lot of intricate pieces at play, a lot of terms and conditions, and the reality is most people don’t remember all the jargon, what they remember is the way they felt. Our goal here at The Answer Insurance Agency, is to make our clients feel, heard, valued, and most of all safe.
It is truly my belief that, if you take great care of people, the rest will fall in line. My vision for this company is to take great care of our team and give them an exceptional experience so they can then pass that exceptional experience on to our clients and take great care of them.
